Returns & Refund Terms

Please review our return terms before initiating a return.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns are only available to first-time customers.

  • Valid for single item purchases only.

  • Returns are currently available for customers within the Netherlands only.

  • All items must be returned in original condition, including all packaging, labels, and inserts.

  • Original shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, exchange fees, and for arranging the return shipment.

  • Alphapeptide.nl will not accept any return without prior written confirmation via email.

  • Alphapeptide.nl reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and refund requests.

  • Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in person.

  • Once your return has been authorized, please send back the parcel within 7 days.

  • Discounted or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • As a gesture of goodwill, if you share your return tracking number with our support team, we’ll issue a €15 store credit for your inconvenience.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return authorization, please email our customer service team at customerservice@alphapeptide.nl within 60 days of receiving your order. Once your request is provisionally approved, you will receive a return authorization email with instructions and the return address.

 

Please send your item(s) back within 7 days after receiving the return address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

 

Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed within 30 business days.

  • Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in a physical store.

  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • As a token of appreciation, if you share the return tracking number with our support team, you will receive a €15 store credit to use on alphapeptide.nl
